A dinner Maldivian style …

This is just of of the table ... phone pic ...
Hello …
We have been talking about having …
A Maldivian dinner for some time now …
One of my buddies took lead … and made it happen …
He arranged everything and invited us over to his place …
Around twelve of us …
We were to report to his place at 8 sharp …
I was there 5 mins past 8 o’clock … i was not the first … hehe …
Friends began arriving in groups at around 8:15 …
One particular couple was 45 mins late … very predictable …
We walked in to the dining room … and took in a shock …
The table was filled with food … attractively prepared …
Rice with mixed breadfruit … quill’s egg …
Reef fish done over coconut shell fires …
Lonu mirus with mango … local fruit juice …
It was amazing …
And to finish it off … there was dessert …
Addu bondi from the island of Feydhoo …
Which the host personally brought down the previous day …
It was an freaking A+ meal …
Most of us ate till we were guilty … hehe …
And yes, then there was the dinner table conversations …
The best piece was told by the girl who studied in Australia …
She remembers that in the land down under …
Toilet bowls comes with user manuals …
When she described the pics …
Showing how to properly use the toilet bowl …
A cross over a picture of a guy squatting on top of it …
A cross over a picture of a guy squatting beside it …
A cross over a picture of a guy kneeling beside it showing respect …
A cross over a picture of a guy rubbing the bowl at the side …
This pic comes with a subtext …
“Mechanized rubbing over prolonged periods of time …
Did not produce any color of smoke or a genie
Rub at your own risk” …
It was hilarious … everyone had a good laugh …
Thanks bro … we had a great time …
